POLICIES

At Tru Hat Co. we believe in treating our hat lovers right! We make every effort to provide a flawless and amazing experience for you. Part of this mission includes: NO SETUP FEES and NO GRAPHIC DESIGN FEES. Below are our other policies that have made Tru Hat Co. a go-to hat creator.

We will provide one digital mock-up per design with two rounds of editing for FREE.

Any edits after the two rounds will be billed at $10 per round.

A rush fee will be added for anyone needing their hat sooner than the average 10-14 business days to ship.

We do not print anything that is not family friendly, including: material of sexual content, profanity, lewd objects or verbiage, offensive language, references to drugs, sex, or alcohol.
